Liam McFadden
Director
Liam has worked in Financial Services recruitment since 1999 and has worked in the Dublin, Sydney and Singapore market places during that time.
Liam began his career in recruitment with a boutique firm in Dublin for 2 years before moving to Sydney where he worked with Robert Walters.
During a 5 year career, Liam progressed to the Level of Regional Director, having managed and developed their business - leading one of their most successful Banking businesses' in Asia-Pac.
In 2006, Liam assisted the set up of a boutique finance recruitment firm based in Sydney with the mandate of building the domestic and Singapore businesses. Liam spent 3 years with this firm before making the decision to move to Singapore permanently.
In mid 2009, Liam set up Kaskal Executive, a specialist Finance recruitment business. He assumes the role of Managing Director and lead consultant for Kaskal.

Samantha Hankinson
Senior Consultant
Samantha has been in recruitment since 2003, working across a number of sectors and specialties, before moving into Banking and Financial Services recruitment. Samantha was educated in the UK and began her professional career in Sales and Account Management, before moving into recruitment. Her recruitment career started regionally in the UK, before moving to London in 2006, working for boutique recruitment firms. In early 2011 she took the decision to move to Singapore, where she is now specializing in placing senior finance people into the banking sector. Over the years Samantha has built a successful network of recruitment partnerships based on strong relationships and delivering results.

Ashley Smith
Senior Consultant - Middle Office & Operations
Ashley received his Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University in Brisbane in 2000, majoring in Information Technology and Human Resource Management; before then moving onto a career in the financial services industry in London where he worked for several global investment banks in the Operations and Risk Management divisions. After gaining intimate knowledge of the banking industry Ashley relocated to Sydney where he became a Foreign Exchange Options Broker focusing on G10 Currencies. His success in this role lead to a transfer to Hong Kong and then onto Singapore where he focused on Asian Emerging Currencies.
Ashley's ability to develop and maintain strong relationships has drawn him to executive search where he now leads the Operations and Middle Office team at Kaskal Executive. His client base includes top tier global investment banks and recruits across all levels of seniority.

Joyce Lim
Consultant
Joyce graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree with honors from the University of London in 2008 and began her career as a sales and marketing specialist with a global MNC. After developing her sales skills over a successful two year period and with a keen interest in people interaction and problem solving, Joyce joined Kaskal Executive as a recruitment consultant in 2010. She specialises in middle office finance roles within the Investment Banking space, focusing on Junior and AVP level positions. Her client base includes some of the leading global investment banks.

Alina Walton
Finance & Administration Manager
Alina graduated with a BA degree in Economics and is currently pursuing both her Masters in Finance and her ACCA. Alina has previously worked as an accountant with several multinationals in Europe and then Nigeria in 2008. After relocating to Singapore Alina joined Kaskal as a Finance & Administration Manager in 2011.

Yvonne Conway
Executive Researcher
Yvonne graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 1994 with an honours degree in Business and Politics (BA Hons). She subsequently gained a postgraduate diploma in Education (HDip Ed) from Trinity in 1995. Yvonne's career focus since then has been within Ireland's major banking and insurance companies where she has worked as a senior marketing executive for 2 large financial institutions. Yvonne joined Kaskal in 2011 where she currently leads our research function.
